Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
We will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Clearance or final sale items
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for items of equal or lesser value. Please follow the return process to request an exchange.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order will be processed and shipped.
